ChefBridge manages the full intermediation flow: intake, planning, hour processing, invoicing, and administration. Matching happens in the employers platform: you choose the best candidate for the assignment there. If you have worked with a freelancer before and marked them as a favourite in your client account, you can assign them directly.

Freelancers can choose assignments in the app and apply. You then make the final selection and confirm the candidate that fits best.

Timing depends on region, role, and lead time. In many cases we can move quickly, especially when assignment details are complete from the start.

For freelancers

No. ChefBridge is a B2B intermediary with active operational intermediation. You work as an independent professional, while operational and administrative handling runs through ChefBridge.

After your shift, you submit worked hours in the portal. Once approved by the client, you send an invoice to ChefBridge. We process invoicing and handle payout.

Rates vary by role, experience level, and assignment type. We align the proposal with you in advance so you always know your hourly rate and any surcharges.

If a shift changes or is cancelled, we contact you as soon as possible. We clearly communicate the conditions and look for suitable alternative shifts where possible.

You decide how much and when you work. The more up to date your profile and availability, the greater the chance of a steady flow of suitable assignments.
